How to use

Secure the grinder on a stable bench or work surface using the rubber feet and ensure adequate electrical supply. Fit the appropriate wheel for the task (coarse K36 for heavy material removal, fine K60 for finishing and sharpening). Adjust the work supports to the required angle and set the spark guards without tools. Switch on the motor and apply the workpiece to the rotating wheel with light, steady pressure; avoid forcing the piece into the wheel. Use the coarse wheel for shaping and derusting, then move to the fine wheel for sharpening and polishing. Always allow wheels to reach full speed before contact and switch off the machine before making adjustments or replacing wheels.
