How to use

Connect the impact wrench to a suitable compressor using an air hose with an inner diameter of at least 9 mm and the supplied plug nipple. Set the compressor to a maximum working pressure of 8 bar. Select the direction and torque stage using the left/right switch: one-stage for anti-clockwise release or one of three clockwise stages for tightening. Fit the appropriate socket (17, 19 or 21 mm) onto the 1/2" square drive, hold the tool firmly by the rubberised handle and apply short bursts or continuous operation as needed. After use, depressurise and disconnect the air hose and store the tool and accessories in the supplied case.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye and hearing protection). Do not exceed the specified maximum working pressure of 8 bar and ensure the air supply hose has an inner diameter of at least 9 mm. Use the correct socket size to avoid rounding fasteners and maintain the tool by adding a few drops of pneumatic tool oil into the air inlet before operation and regularly as described in the manufacturer instructions.
