The GASTROBACK Barbecue Grill Design Advanced Pro BBQ is a rectangular electric grill with a stainless steel design and two separate grilling surfaces. It provides an extra-large combined grilling area of approximately 1500 cm² (2 x 750 cm²) and operates at 2300 W with a temperature range from 90°C to 240°C (±10°C). The unit includes a stainless-steel spray guard and a spatula, an integrated grease drip tray and an accessories shelf, and a removable non-stick grilling plate that is dishwasher-safe.

How to use

Place the grill on a stable, heat-resistant surface and connect to a suitable 220–240 V outlet. Insert the removable grilling plates and ensure the grease drip-tray is correctly positioned. Set the thermostat to the desired level (6 levels between 90°C and 240°C) and allow the grill to preheat; the integrated heating elements provide even heat across the surface. Use the ridged side for searing and patterning and the smooth plancha for delicate items. Use the included spray guard and spatula when turning or handling food. After cooking, switch off and unplug the appliance, allow it to cool before removing the plates and emptying the drip-tray.

Recommendations

For low-fat grilling, use minimal oil and allow excess fat to drain into the integrated drip-tray. Clean the removable non-stick plates after cooling; they are dishwasher-safe but can also be wiped with a soft cloth and warm soapy water to preserve the coating. Do not immerse the main housing in water and store the spray guard and spatula in a dry place.
