The ATEN VE1812-AT-G HDMI HDBaseT extender with Power over HDBaseT (POH) transmits high-resolution HDMI video and control signals over a single Cat 5e/6/6a cable to connect equipment at distances up to 100 m. When Long Reach Mode is enabled, the extender supports extension up to 150 m at 1080p. How to use

Connect the VE1812 transmitter to the HDMI source and the receiver to the display using HDMI cables. Link transmitter and receiver with a single Cat5e/6/6a cable, ensuring correct cable type and termination. If POH is used, connect the supplied power adapter to the unit designated to supply power over the HDBaseT link. Configure Long Reach Mode if a longer distance at 1080p is required. Use the included IR and RS-232 interfaces to integrate remote control and serial communication as needed.
