Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

ROG Astral LC GeForce RTX™ 5090
Fluid Force
The new ROG Astral family was inspired by the limitless expanse and beauty of the cosmos, and it is a testament to an unending dedication to exploring and defining new frontiers. The ROG Astral LC GeForce RTX 5090 delivers pinnacle cooling performance via a premium 360mm AIO cooler, full-coverage copper plate and integrated fan. Meanwhile, powerful 80-amp MOSFETs deliver high overclocking potential while maintaining quiet operation.

Cooling Expertise
360mm Radiator
An extra-thick 360x38mm radiator combines forces with a trio of high-end fans to ensure excellent heat dissipation.

Full-Coverage Cold Plate
The full-coverage cold plate covers all the heat-generating components on the PCB, empowering the radiator to efficiently cool the graphics card, resulting in up to 30% better performance versus pure air cooling.

On-Board Cooling
Heat produced by power-delivery components is dispelled by an axial-tech fan and a low-profile heatsink under the shroud. This combination exhausts hot air quietly and efficiently.

Phase-Change GPU Thermal Pad
By melting to effectively fill the gaps between the GPU and the thermal module, a premium phase-change GPU thermal pad provides superior thermal conductivity and enhanced heat dissipation, ensuring optimal performance and longevity for graphics cards under heavy loads.

Premium Power Delivery
Powerful 80-amp MOSFETs deliver over 35% more headroom than the standard design. This helps ensure enhanced performance, stability and higher overclocking potential.

ASUS GPU Guard & Bracket
To handle larger graphics processors, ASUS GPU Guard applies adhesive to secure all four corners to reduce the risk of cracks, while a GPU bracket helps ensure uniform mounting pressure and extra stability.

Protective PCB Coating
A protective conformal coating envelops the circuit board to help protect against short-circuits caused by moisture, dust or debris.

Auto−Extreme Technology
An automated manufacturing process that sets new standards in the industry by allowing all soldering to be completed in a single pass, ASUS Auto-Extreme technology reduces thermal strain on components and avoids the use of harsh cleaning chemicals, resulting in less environmental impact, lower manufacturing power consumption and a more reliable product overall.
