How to use

Before first use, wash the pan with warm water and a mild detergent, then dry thoroughly. Heat the pan and apply a light layer of cooking oil to complete seasoning if desired. Use medium to high heat for searing and browning; adjust heat to prevent burning. After cooking, clean with hot water and a soft brush or sponge; avoid abrasive cleaners that remove seasoning. Dry immediately and apply a thin layer of oil to protect the pan and maintain its beeswax finish.

Recommendations
