Tips

For the best results, use water just off the boil (around 80°C / 175°F) and a fine to medium-fine grind. Experiment with steep time—longer steeps yield stronger, more robust coffee. To make cold brew, use room-temperature water and steep for 2–3 minutes before pressing. The included paper filters can be rinsed and reused a few times, but for the cleanest taste, use a fresh one each brew. Cleanup is a breeze: simply eject the coffee puck and rinse the parts under running water.
