How to use

Install the patch cable between network equipment using the RJ-45 connectors on each end. Route the slimline cable through cabinet pathways and cable management channels to maximise airflow. Avoid sharp bends beyond the cable's recommended bending radius and do not exceed the manufacturer's recommended permanent link length for 32 AWG patch cords to keep signal attenuation within acceptable limits.

Recommendations

Avoid bundling more than 24 slimline cables in a single PoE-loaded bundle; ACT advises a maximum bundle size of 24 in PoE applications to limit temperature rise.
