How to use

Connect one RJ45 plug to the network port on your switch, patch panel or device and the other RJ45 plug to the corresponding port. Recommendations

ACT notes that 28 AWG slimline cables are permissible but exhibit higher attenuation than 24 AWG; to accommodate this, use shorter permanent link lengths when necessary. For Power over Ethernet (PoE) deployments, limit bundle sizes to a maximum of 24 cables to help control temperature rise in the bundle, and follow applicable standards (for example ANSI TSB-184-A) that limit temperature increase for the center cable in a bundle.
