The ACT TD6024 Unshielded Keystone Jack RJ45 CAT6 is a toolless network connector designed for quick installation in patch panels and wall outlets. It accepts solid or stranded cables with an outer diameter of 5.5–9 mm and conductors sized 23–26 AWG. The keystone jack includes a white dust shutter that protects the 50 µin gold-plated contacts and an enclosed zip-tie for strain relief. It supports PoE++ up to 100 W (Type 4) and is suitable for high-density installations as well as standard patch panels.

How to use

Insert the cable into the keystone jack following the colour-coded T568A or T568B markings, then press down to terminate the conductors using the LSA-style toolless mechanism. Ensure the outer jacket fits within the specified 5.5–9 mm diameter range and fasten the enclosed zip-tie for strain relief. Snap the keystone into a compatible patch panel or faceplate and close the white dust shutter to protect the contacts until the port is in use.
