19" wall-mounted enclosure IP55, 7U, glass door, depth 450 mm, RAL7035 by EFB Elektronik (MPN 691707IP55.1G, EAN 4049759221997). Welded steel-sheet housing, fully preassembled, suitable also for use as a free-standing cabinet when combined with a compatible plinth. Designed for protected installation of 19" equipment with a reinforced steel front door and passive ventilation paths.

Advantages

The cabinet provides IP55 protection against dust and water according to DIN 60529 and a load capacity of 100 kg. Right- and left-sided metal-protected air inlets enable passive ventilation. The top has gaskets and the door is sealed for environmental protection. The roof is hinged and prepared to accept two single fans (Art.-Nr. 691664) for active exhaust; side panels are fixed for added rigidity. The enclosure includes front-mounted galvanized 19" rails and convenient cable gland entries in the base.

How to use

Mount the cabinet to a suitable wall using the supplied wall mounting brackets or install on a compatible plinth for free-standing use. Fit 19" equipment to the galvanized front rails and secure using appropriate mounting hardware. Route cables through the base cable glands or PG entries. If active ventilation is required, install up to two single fans (Art.-Nr. 691664) on the prepared inner roof and configure airflow as exhaust. Close the front door and lock using the 3-point rod closure and supplied keys.

Recommendations

For prolonged operation in dusty or humid environments, verify sealing after installation and consider installing the optional fans for improved heat dissipation. Ensure total mounted equipment weight does not exceed the 100 kg load rating and use appropriate mounting hardware for safety.
