The DIGITUS® Unique Series freestanding rack DN-31132 is a 47U network cabinet measuring 800 x 1000 mm with a maximum load capacity of 800 kg. Constructed from up to 1.5 mm thick sheet steel and finished with electrostatic powder coating in grey (RAL 7035), this rack is delivered completely mounted and offers adjustable feet for stable installation. The cabinet features an open-frame design without doors or side walls for easy access and flexible extension, plus a removable offset roof cover with ventilation slits and a special roof construction to mount a fan unit.

The DN-31132 provides robust build quality with galvanized 19" profile rails whose depth is adjustable and labeled with rack units readable from both directions. Integrated cable management includes roof and floor inlets with brushes (from 26U and width 800 mm), a sliding cable entry with foam rubber seal on the base, vertical cable channels beside the profile rails (for 800 mm width) and brush management panels above and below the rear door (from 26U). The modular, collapsible design allows side panels and doors to be locked, removed, or fully dismantled for maintenance and transport.

How to use

Position the freestanding rack on a level surface and adjust the feet to ensure stability. Install equipment on the 483 mm (19") profile rails, adjusting their depth as required and aligning rack unit labels for clear placement. Route cables through the roof or floor inlets fitted with brushes or via the sliding cable entry on the base with foam rubber seal. Use the vertical cable channels and brush management panels to organise cabling alongside the profile rails. Fit a fan module into the removable roof cover if active ventilation is needed.
