How to use

Install the switch in a standard 19-inch rack following the manufacturer’s rack-mount instructions and connect power. Use the management interface (web GUI, CLI or supported management protocols) to configure VLANs, Layer 3 routing, QoS and security policies according to network design. Connect access devices to the Gigabit ports and uplink aggregation or core switches via the 10-Gigabit SFP+ slots. For stacking, create a physical stack through one or two SFP+ slots as supported by the XGS4600 series and configure stack settings in the management interface.
