How to use

Install the Zebra ZT610 on a stable surface and connect it to power and your network using the Ethernet LAN port or configured wired interfaces. Load thermal transfer media and ribbon using the side-loading path, following the color-illuminated guides to ensure correct threading. Use the LCD to configure print settings such as label width, print speed and density. For high-resolution micro labels, select the appropriate 300 DPI mode and adjust printhead pressure using the color-coded toggle to achieve optimal registration.

Recommendations

Perform routine cleaning of the printhead and media path to maintain print quality; use media and ribbons recommended for thermal transfer printing. If remote management is required, enable Zebra Link-OS and integrate with your network management tools for monitoring and firmware updates.
