Optimized for use with food products and in cold environments
With its all-temperature permanent rubber adhesive, these labels can be securely applied in temperatures as low as 0° C and will remain adhered in temperatures up from -40°C up to 50°C, making them perfect for use on assets in cold environments. The adhesive complies with European food regulation EC 1935/20004, EU 10/2011 and BfR Recommendation XXI for direct contact with dry and moist non-fatty foodstuffs. It also meets FDA 175.105 for direct contact with dry foodstuffs.

How to use

Load the Zebra Z-Select 2000D roll into a compatible direct thermal printer following the printer manufacturer’s loading instructions. Ensure the thermal printhead is clean and that the roll orientation matches the printer’s path. Configure printer settings for direct thermal media and adjust label size in the printer driver or application to 10.2 cm × 10.2 cm. Print test labels to verify alignment and print quality before commencing full production runs.

Recommendations

Store rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sources of heat to preserve thermal sensitivity. Use within the manufacturer’s recommended shelf life for optimal print performance. For best adhesion, apply labels to clean, dry surfaces at moderate temperatures; avoid oily or highly textured substrates.
