Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Lenovo ThinkStation P3 Ultra is a compact 3.9L workstation designed for professionals who need high performance in a small footprint. Equipped with an Intel Core i5-14600 processor, 32 GB DDR5 memory, a 512 GB SSD and NVIDIA RTX A400 discrete graphics, it runs Windows 11 Pro and provides a balance of processing power and graphics capability for demanding workflows.

Advantages

The P3 Ultra delivers strong multi-threaded and single-threaded performance thanks to Intel vPro® platform support and a Core i5-14600 CPU, while the NVIDIA RTX A400 accelerates graphics and CAD workloads. Its configurable design supports up to 128 GB RAM and up to 9 TB of storage, and it offers multiple high-speed I/O options including three DisplayPorts and dual Ethernet ports. The chassis is MIL-SPEC certified for operation in harsh environments and includes ThinkShield security features such as TPM and a self-healing BIOS. A USB mouse and keyboard are included.

Suitable for

  • CAD and 3D modelling
  • Content creation and rendering
  • Edge/IoT and data-acquisition applications
  • Engineering, architecture and technical simulations
  • Office and professional applications requiring secure management

Key specifications

  • Processor: Intel Core i5-14600, boost up to 5.2 GHz
  • Memory: 32 GB DDR5 (expandable up to 128 GB)
  • Storage: 512 GB SSD (support for up to 9 TB total)
  • Graphics: NVIDIA RTX A400 (4 GB) + Intel UHD Graphics 770
  • Operating system: Windows 11 Pro
  • Connectivity: Three DisplayPorts, dual Ethernet ports, multiple high-speed USB ports
  • Form factor and weight: 3.9L chassis, approx. 3.6 kg
  • Security and manageability: ThinkShield suite, TPM, self-healing BIOS, pluggable BMC for remote management
  • Colour: Black

How to use

Unbox the workstation, connect the included USB mouse and keyboard, attach displays and network cables to the available ports, and power on. Use Windows 11 Pro for device and user account setup, install required ISV applications and drivers, and configure BIOS or BMC settings if remote management is required. Expand memory or storage by accessing internal slots following Lenovo service documentation.

Recommendations

For sustained heavy workloads such as long rendering or simulation jobs, ensure adequate ventilation and confirm BIOS and GPU drivers are up to date. Use the BMC for remote monitoring and BIOS updates, and configure TPM and Windows security policies to protect sensitive data.
