Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Kensington ProFit Ergo Wireless Keyboard DE is a full-size ergonomic keyboard with a curved layout designed to support a more natural hand position during typing. It provides dual connectivity via RF wireless and USB wired connection, a German QWERTZ layout and an integrated wrist rest for additional support. The black finish offers a neutral look suitable for office and home workspaces.

Advantages

The curved full-size design reduces wrist deviation by promoting a more natural hand posture, while the included wrist rest helps reduce pressure on the palms during extended typing sessions. Dual connectivity allows switching between a stable wired USB connection and a convenient RF wireless link, increasing flexibility for different setups. The QWERTZ German layout and full set of keys ensure compatibility with regional typing habits and productivity tasks.

Suitable for

  • Office work requiring long typing sessions
  • Home office and study environments
  • Users who prefer a QWERTZ German layout
  • Setups needing both wireless and wired connectivity

Key specifications

  • Device interface: RF wireless and USB wired connection
  • Form factor: Full-size (100%) curved keyboard
  • Keyboard layout: German QWERTZ
  • Integrated wrist rest for palm support
  • Product colour: Black
  • Includes standard alphanumeric keys and function row

How to use

Connect the keyboard using the supplied USB cable for a wired connection or plug the RF receiver into an available USB port for wireless operation. Position the keyboard so that the curved profile aligns with your natural hand placement and rest your palms on the wrist rest to maintain neutral wrist posture. Use the standard function keys and modifier keys as you would on any full-size keyboard; no additional software is required for basic operation.

Recommendations

Place the keyboard at a comfortable height and distance so that forearms are roughly parallel to the desk surface. Alternate between wired and wireless modes as needed to conserve batteries or ensure a stable connection during critical tasks, and periodically check keycaps for cleanliness to maintain responsive typing.

“The evolution of the original Kensington trackball has been an interesting one ever since the late 1990s back when it used to be called Turbo Mouse and only came with two buttons!”
