We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

SmartWheel technology on the mouse offers two scrolling modes: precise line-by-line scrolling for detailed work and rapid scrolling through long pages and spreadsheets. A dedicated AI launch key gives instant access to Copilot on Windows or Gemini on ChromeOS where available, with no extra software needed. Customisable F-row keys and a dedicated action key let you assign shortcuts, and Logi Tune allows easy mute, video toggling and screen sharing during calls. The Signature Wired M520 mouse has a comfortable ambidextrous shape suited to both left- and right-handed users. The combo works with Windows, ChromeOS and macOS via a simple switch, and IT teams can monitor deployment centrally through Logitech Sync, the secure cloud-based management portal. If no USB-C port is available, the included Logi USB-A to USB-C adapter connects it to any USB-A port on a laptop or docking station. Thanks to improvements such as optimised LED behaviour and more energy-efficient sensors, the combo uses 49% less power.
