We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.

The EFB Elektronik 37541.3-100 RJ-45 wire connector is designed for Cat5e (up to 100 MHz) shielded stranded cables with a maximum outer diameter of 6.3 mm. How to use

Strip the cable jacket and prepare the stranded conductors so the core insulation remains approximately 0.9–1.0 mm where required by the connector design. Insert the conductors into the RJ-45 connector in the correct pin order for your wiring standard, then crimp the connector using the recommended crimping tool DCW1003 with attachment DCW1003.1. Verify the connection and shield continuity after crimping. Note that the anti-kink sleeve is not included and must be fitted separately if needed.
