You'll know the answer to this question before you leave home, because the WS10WH weather station also has a freezing point indicator. When the measured external temperature reaches the low limit value, the device will emit a sound signal and an appropriate graphic symbol will appear on the display. When the temperature increases, the freezing point indicator will turn off automatically. What time is it? There is also a clock on the LCD screen that can display the current time in both 12- and 24-hour formats. Thanks to this, the station also functions as a useful watch. To erect or to hang? Do what suits you best. The station casing has been designed in such a way that the entire device can be placed on a table, desk, window sill, or hung on the wall, because there is a hole for a hook in its back. The included wireless sensor can also be placed or hung. Remember to place the sensor in a place protected from wind and rain and in the shade, without direct sunlight, which may adversely affect the reading of temperature and humidity values. How to use

Place the indoor display unit on a table or mount it where it is easily visible. Install batteries in both the display and the remote sensor according to the device markings. Position the outdoor sensor in a sheltered location away from direct sunlight and heavy rain to obtain representative readings; avoid placing it near heat sources or reflective surfaces. After powering both units, wait for the wireless link to establish and the display to show outdoor values. Read current temperature and humidity on the indoor display; compare indoor and outdoor values to decide on ventilation or heating actions.

Recommendations

For accurate results, replace batteries before they run out, clean the sensor housing periodically, and mount the outdoor sensor under an overhang or in a ventilated shield to prevent direct sun and precipitation from affecting readings.
