Wall mounted rack EFB Elektronik 691709FGR.2 is a steel-sheet housing with a screwed frame, delivered unassembled and self-ventilated. The unit includes a removable side wall with quick fastener, a roof, bottom and rear wall with pre-punched openings for cable entry (230 x 41 mm) and roof preparation for mounting 2 x single fans. Inside are 2 x 19" rails on the front side with adjustable depth. The front door has a window of certified safety glass (4 mm) and a lock. Cabinet parts are completely earthed and the rack has a maximum load of 60 kg and protection degree IP20. The paint finish is RAL7035 (light grey). Included accessories: 2 x key. How to use

Unpack the carton and assemble the rack following the supplied assembly instructions. Attach the removable side wall with the quick fastener and mount the depth-adjustable 19" rails to fit your equipment. Route cables through the pre-punched openings in the roof, bottom or rear. If active cooling is required, mount up to two single fans on the prepared roof positions (use compatible fans, Art.-No. 691664). Install equipment on the front-sided rails, secure the door and connect earthing as part of the installation process.

Recommendations

Place the wall mounted rack on a suitable load-bearing wall and ensure secure anchoring. Do not exceed the maximum load of 60 kg. Use appropriate cable glands or brush strips for the pre-punched openings to maintain tidy cable entry and comply with workplace safety. For improved ventilation, consider installing the recommended fans and maintain clearance for air circulation.
