How to use

Switch on the Habotest HT89 and select the desired function using the dedicated buttons: contactless AC voltage detection, AC voltage measurement or conductivity/positive battery polarity detection. Approach the probe end to the conductor or component to be tested; the tester will indicate voltage presence by sound and light and show status on the LCD with bicolor backlight. Use the flashlight button to illuminate the work area when needed. The device will switch off automatically after inactivity.

Recommendations

Before each use, verify the tester's operation on a known live circuit and replace the AAA battery if the low-battery indicator appears.
