We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.

The Neomounts AV30-500BL is a universal videobar kit designed for displays from 43" and larger, with VESA hole patterns ranging from 200x200 up to 800x600 mm. Built for durability and versatility, the kit supports devices up to 10 kg and can be installed either above or below the screen. Both the videobar support and the backplate brackets are height-adjustable for maximum flexibility.

Compatible with most videobars*, PTZ cameras, and soundbars, including Logitech Rally speakers, the AV30-500BL ensures broad applicability. The mounting holes allow width and height variation, while the VESA frame adjusts in both height and width (200/400/600/800). The kit can be used on wall, floor, desk, or ceiling mounts. Despite its versatility, installation is straightforward, aided by ruler-guided alignment for a seamless fit.

* The Neomounts AV30-500BL videobar kit is truly universal, compatible with any videobar regardless of brand or model, provided it fits within the bracket?s range (see line drawing). In addition, the kit is specially designed for the following videobars:

How to use

Mount the backplate to the chosen surface (wall, floor stand, desk or ceiling bracket) following the supplied alignment guide. Attach the VESA frame to the display using a compatible VESA pattern, then fasten the videobar to the adjustable support. Use the height-adjustment features on both the videobar support and the backplate brackets to position the videobar above or below the screen and to fine-tune alignment. Verify load limits and secure all fasteners before use.
