We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.

The Neomounts AV60-500BL is a universal videobar and laptop shelf kit designed for 43" displays and larger, supporting VESA hole patterns from 200x200 up to 800x600 mm. Built for durability and versatility, the kit supports devices up to 8 kg and can be installed either above or below the screen. The included laptop shelf carries up to 2,5 kg providing a smart solution for laptops, notebooks, tablets or extra equipment. Both the videobar/laptop support and the backplate brackets are height-adjustable, offering maximum flexibility.

Compatible with most* videobars, PTZ cameras, and soundbars, including Logitech Rally speakers, the AV60-500BL ensures broad applicability. The mounting holes allow width and height variation, while the VESA frame adjusts in both height and width (200/400/600/800). The kit is compatible with both wall and floor mounts. Despite its versatility, installation is straightforward, aided by ruler-guided alignment for a seamless fit.

Mount the backplate to the wall or compatible floor stand following the included alignment marks and ruler-guided holes. Attach the adjustable VESA frame to match the display's VESA pattern and secure the videobar or soundbar within the bracket range. Fit the laptop shelf onto the designated support and adjust bracket heights so the videobar and laptop shelf sit at the desired position above or below the screen. Tighten all fasteners and verify the load limits before placing equipment on the shelf.
