Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Ice Crashmobile from Schleich ELDRADOR CREATURES is a compact, well-armored vehicle in black, blue and grey that includes a MINI CREATURE figure and a swiveling firearm mounted on top. Designed for ages 7–12, the Crashmobile has wide tires and a friction motor that let it traverse obstacles and race across play environments while the MINI CREATURE can detach and pop out after a collision.

Advantages

The toy combines a sturdy, armored design with wide tires and a friction motor for dynamic play. A swiveling firearm and detachable MINI CREATURE increase interaction possibilities, and the compact size makes it suitable for fast chases across multiple play scenes. The set is produced by Schleich and available in several colors.

Suitable for

  • Imaginative play and storytelling
  • Collecting ELDRADOR CREATURES mini figures
  • Action and chase scenarios with vehicles
  • Children aged 7–12

Key specifications

  • Brand: Schleich
  • Series: ELDRADOR CREATURES
  • Model: Ice Crashmobile
  • Includes: MINI CREATURE figure and vehicle with swiveling firearm
  • Drive: friction motor
  • Recommended age: 7–12 years
  • MPN: 42669
  • EAN: 4059433731902

How to use

Push the Crashmobile backward and release to activate the friction motor and send the vehicle forward. Aim the swiveling firearm as desired; the MINI CREATURE can be detached after a collision and repositioned for further play. Use on flat surfaces for best performance and avoid rough or wet terrain that could impair the friction motor.

Recommendations

For safe play, supervise children under the recommended age, keep small parts away from younger siblings, and operate the vehicle on smooth, dry surfaces to ensure optimal movement of the friction motor.
