How to use

Preheat or precool the flask by filling it with hot or cold water for a few minutes, then empty before adding your beverage. Close the lid securely to preserve temperature. To drink, open the cap according to the lid mechanism and pour or sip as designed. After use, rinse the flask with warm soapy water and allow to air dry with the lid removed.
