How to use

Place the L20 Ultra on its automatic base station and connect it to power. Use the Dreame app (App Store or Google Play) to set up Wi‑Fi, map your home, and configure cleaning preferences such as room segmentation, no‑go zones and schedules. For routine cleaning, start a cleaning cycle via the app or voice assistant; the robot will vacuum, mop with DuoScrub™ and return to the base station to auto‑empty, wash and dry the mops, refill water and add cleaning solution as configured.

Recommendations

Keep floors free of large loose objects and remove small obstacles for optimal mapping and obstacle avoidance. Refill the base station's clean water and solution reservoirs as indicated in the app and replace the dust bag when full. Use the app to create virtual walls and set no‑go zones for delicate items or areas you prefer the robot to avoid.
