How to use

Mount the switch in a standard 19" rack using the supplied rack mount kit or place it on a flat surface. Connect network devices to the Gigabit RJ-45 ports; the switch will automatically detect PoE requirements and supply power up to the supported level per port. Connect the switch to your network core or router via one of the Gigabit ports. No configuration is required for basic operation.

Recommendations

Place the switch in a ventilated rack space and ensure the total power draw of connected PoE devices does not exceed the 246 W budget. For high-density PoE+ deployments, verify each device’s power class and distribute critical devices across ports to avoid power limitation on a single group of ports.
