How to use

Mount the camera on a ceiling or wall using the supplied bracket and aim it at the target area. Connect it to a PoE+ switch or injector with a single Ethernet cable for both power and data, then adopt the camera in the UniFi Protect application running on a UniFi NVR or compatible console. From there you can remotely adjust the motorised zoom, configure recording schedules, set detection zones and enable AI smart detections.

Recommendations

For best results, power the camera from a PoE+ source rated for at least 15 W and keep firmware up to date through UniFi Protect. Position the lens to minimise strong backlight, use the optical zoom to balance coverage and detail, and pair it with adequate UniFi Protect storage to retain continuous 4K recordings.
