Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

The Neomounts wall mount LFD-W8000 is a full-swing tilt and swivel mount for flat screens up to 100" (254 cm). It offers flexible positioning with a three-pivot-arm design, allowing the display to be pulled away from the wall, extended to different depths and turned to nearly any viewing angle. The mount supports screens with VESA patterns from 200x200 to 900x600 mm and a maximum weight of 80 kg.

Advantages

The mount features tilt adjustment (-15° to +5°), wide swivel range (-45° to +45°) and an adjustable depth from 7 to 62.5 cm, enabling precise alignment of the screen. Integrated cable management conceals and routes cables between the mount and the screen to keep the installation tidy. All necessary installation hardware is included.

How to use

Mount the wall plate securely to a suitable load-bearing wall following the included installation instructions and use the supplied hardware. Attach the mounting brackets to the TV using the correct VESA holes and lift the screen onto the arm assembly. Adjust tilt, swivel and extension to achieve the desired viewing angle and tighten any adjustment knobs or bolts to secure the position. Route cables through the integrated cable management channel before final mounting to keep cables concealed.

Recommendations

Verify the TV weight and VESA pattern before installation; do not exceed the 80 kg maximum load. Install the mount on a solid wall or suitable studs and, if uncertain, consult a qualified installer to ensure safe and stable mounting.
