TUYA wireless photoelectric Wi-Fi smoke detector. This smart wireless detector uses a photoelectric sensor to detect smoke early from any direction, triggering both an optical and an audible alarm and sending alert messages over Wi-Fi via the TUYA app. It connects and configures directly through the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app, with no additional hub or device needed, requiring only 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and an Android or iOS smartphone. Lightweight, compact and low in power consumption, it is very easy to use. For effective detection it is best mounted on the ceiling near the centre of the room, at least 30 cm from light fittings and more than 15 cm from walls and corners; it can also be fitted on a sloping attic ceiling about 90 cm from the highest point. Power requires two AAA batteries (not included). It is recommended to install the detector within 10 m of the Wi-Fi router.
