Tube accessory for computer cooling system BitsPower BP-MBWP-C17 — Brass, Black, Depth 50 mm

BitsPower BP-MBWP-C17 is a compact brass tube accessory designed for custom PC liquid cooling systems. Finished in deep black by an electroplating process, this 50 mm depth component provides a short, rigid connector or extension for coolant paths, reservoirs, or modular fittings assemblies. The piece follows a true hi-flow design and is intended for internal tank or in-side mounting where a brass tube without O-ring sealing is required.

Advantages

The brass construction ensures mechanical durability and good thermal stability while the high-quality E-plated black finish offers corrosion resistance and a consistent appearance with other black-themed cooling components. The true hi-flow geometry reduces flow restriction in short runs, and the no O-ring design simplifies installation in compatible assemblies. Compliance with RoHS indicates adherence to common environmental and material safety standards.

Suitable for

• Connecting short coolant runs between fittings and small reservoirs
• Extending or bridging modular mounting points in custom loops
• Internal tank applications where a rigid, short brass tube is needed

Key specifications

• Material: Brass
• Finish: Deep black E-plated
• Depth / length: 50 mm
• Design: True hi-flow internal profile
• Seal type: No O-ring required (designed for compatible fittings or tank ports)
• Regulatory: RoHS compliant

How to use

Install the tube in a compatible liquid cooling loop by inserting it into fittings or tank ports designed for a no O-ring brass tube. Ensure mating surfaces in the loop are clean and properly sized to provide a secure connection. Because this component uses a no O-ring design, verify compatibility with the receiving connector or mounting point and follow the fitting manufacturer’s instructions for securing and sealing the joint. After installation, perform a pressure or leak test with coolant to confirm a proper seal before powering the system.

Recommendations

Use this brass tube in combination with fittings and tanks specified for no O-ring or compression-style connections. Avoid overtightening metallic fittings to prevent distortion; check for leaks after initial fill and periodically during maintenance. For best appearance and longevity, avoid abrasive cleaners on the E-plated surface and use coolant formulations recommended for metal components.
