Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

Multi-Device Wireless Keyboard & Mouse
Wireless and rechargeable compact keyboard and mouse set with multi-device connection

Triple connection
Love multitasking? So does the Lyra – with the ability to connect up to three devices via USB receiver and 2x Bluetooth, you can easily switch between working on your phone, tablet and computer using the three dedicated buttons.

The key to greener working
Take one step closer to sustainable working with the Lyra. Made with 85% recycled plastics and packaged in 100% plastic-free packaging, your keyboard and mouse may be black in colour, but they’re certainly green too.

Working overtime
Don’t worry about faffing around with changing batteries anymore – complete with rechargeable battery, both the keyboard and mouse last up to 6 months on a single charge, and can easily be recharged whilst working in just two hours.

Yes to OS
Designed with convenience in mind, the Lyra is compatible with Windows, iOS, iPadOs, MacOS, Android and Chrome OS so you can use it with all your different devices.

Keeping a low profile
Ideal for travelers and commuters (or just those who want a smaller keyboard!), the Lyra keyboard has a compact size, low-profile laptop style scissor keys, and 3-step height adjustable rubber feet. The mouse is also small and sturdy, making this set ideal for easy work in the office, at home, and on the go.

Easy key-sy
Easily accessible media and hotkeys help you further optimise your workflow so you can present, work and play at the touch of a button.

Get a grip
Ambidextrous and with an adjustable cursor speed between 800-1600 DPI, the Lyra mouse is suited to fit all users no matter what you’re working on.

Trust Lyra. Keyboard form factor: Mini. Keyboard style: Straight. Connectivity technology: Wireless, Device interface: RF Wireless + Bluetooth, Keyboard key switch: Scissor key switch, Keyboard layout: QWERTZ, Recommended usage: Office. Product colour: Black. Mouse included

How to use

Connect the Lyra keyboard and mouse using the supplied USB receiver or pair via Bluetooth to up to two additional devices. Use the three dedicated device buttons on the keyboard to switch between paired devices. Charge both devices with the included charging cable; typical full recharge time is about two hours. Adjust keyboard height with the rubber feet and change mouse cursor speed between 800 and 1600 DPI as needed.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep the USB receiver inserted in the primary computer and use Bluetooth for secondary devices. Charge both devices before extended travel and select the DPI that matches your typical tasks (lower for precise pointer control, higher for faster cursor movement).

“Like so many User Guides today it's all in illustrations and the keys you press to get to certain scenarios even smaller it took me a while to work out how to get to Alt Print Screen for screen capture.”
