Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Trust Lyra Keyboard & Mouse set is a compact, wireless and rechargeable solution for multi-device use. It includes a mini QWERTY keyboard with low-profile scissor keys and a small ambidextrous mouse. The set connects via RF USB receiver plus two Bluetooth channels, supports major operating systems and is made with recycled plastics and plastic-free packaging.

Advantages

The Lyra offers triple-connection flexibility (USB receiver + 2x Bluetooth) for fast switching between devices, a rechargeable battery that provides up to six months of use on a single charge and a two-hour recharge time, and an eco-conscious design using 85% recycled plastics and 100% plastic-free packaging. Its compact keyboard, 3-step height adjustable feet and low-profile keys suit users who need a portable, space-saving input solution, while the ambidextrous mouse features adjustable cursor speed (800–1600 DPI) for different tasks.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

  • Working across multiple devices (computer, tablet, phone)
  • Office and home office use where desk space is limited
  • Traveling and commuting due to compact form factor
  • Presentations and media control with dedicated hotkeys

Key specifications

  • Connection: RF Wireless (USB receiver) + Bluetooth (2 channels)
  • Keyboard: Mini QWERTY layout, low-profile scissor keys, 3-step height adjustment
  • Mouse: Ambidextrous design, adjustable DPI 800–1600
  • Power: Rechargeable batteries, up to 6 months runtime per charge, ~2 hours charging time
  • Compatibility: Windows, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, Android, Chrome OS
  • Colour: Black; Materials: 85% recycled plastics; Packaging: 100% plastic-free

How to use

Connect the Lyra set by plugging the RF USB receiver into your computer or pairing each device via Bluetooth using the three dedicated device-switch buttons on the keyboard. Use the keyboard and mouse as standard input devices; adjust the keyboard height with the rubber feet and set the mouse cursor speed to the preferred DPI. Recharge the keyboard and mouse via the supplied charging cable—charging takes about two hours and provides up to six months of typical use per full charge.

Recommendations

For stable connections, use the RF USB receiver for desktop computers and Bluetooth for tablets or phones. Keep firmware and OS Bluetooth settings up to date to ensure compatibility across Windows, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, Android and Chrome OS. Charge both devices before long trips to maximize runtime.

“Like so many User Guides today it's all in illustrations and the keys you press to get to certain scenarios even smaller it took me a while to work out how to get to Alt Print Screen for screen capture.”
