Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

The Trust GXT 415X ZIROX is a wired gaming headset with 50mm drivers and a frequency response of 20–20000 Hz, designed to deliver clear, immersive audio for gaming on Xbox Series X|S and other compatible consoles. It features a foldaway microphone, on-ear volume control with mic mute, an adjustable headband for a secure fit, a 1.2 m cable that connects directly to a controller, and a lightweight build (237 g) in a black and green finish.

Advantages

The ZIROX offers powerful sound reproduction from its 50mm drivers and a wide frequency range for accurate audio detail. Its foldaway microphone and on-ear controls provide quick access to volume and mute functions, while the adjustable headband ensures a comfortable, stable fit. The 1.2 m wired connection is optimized for console controllers, and the headset’s lightweight construction reduces fatigue during extended sessions.

Suitable for

  • Console gaming on Xbox Series X | S using controller headset jack
  • Multiplayer voice chat and team communication
  • Long gaming sessions requiring a comfortable, adjustable fit
  • Users who prefer wired, low-latency audio connections

How to use

Plug the 3.5 mm cable into your Xbox Series X|S controller or any compatible device with a headset jack. Adjust the headband for a comfortable fit, unfold the microphone when you need to speak and fold it away after use. Use the on-ear volume control to set listening level and the microphone mute switch to disable voice input when required.

Recommendations

For optimal performance in console play, connect directly to the controller’s headset jack and set in-game and chat volumes to balanced levels. Keep the foldaway microphone clean and stowed when not in use; avoid exposing the cable to sharp bends to prolong cable life.

“The GXT 415 Zirox headset is a smart multi-platform device that is lightweight and comfortable to wear. This all-plastic headset should feel cheap and unusable. However, I was impressed by its robust design, striking colours, and sharp finish.”
