The Trust GXT 289 Movi Black Steering Wheel with Pedals is a wired USB controller designed for driving and racing games on multiple platforms. It connects via a 2 m USB cable and provides a familiar wheel-and-pedal layout with essential control buttons such as Select and Start. With compact dimensions (282 mm width, 435 mm depth, 217 mm height) and a black finish, the set aims to deliver steady handling and comfortable grip for extended play sessions across Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One S, Xbox One X, Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X.

Advantages

The wired USB connection ensures low-latency input and stable performance without the need for batteries. The inclusion of both steering wheel and pedals provides coordinated control for acceleration and braking, improving in-game precision compared with standard gamepads. Its compact size and moderate weight (3.16 kg) make it suitable for mounting on desks or tables while keeping a stable feel during forceful inputs. Integrated Start and Select buttons allow quick access to in-game menus and functions without reaching for a separate controller.

Suitable for

• Casual and entry-level sim racing on consoles and Nintendo Switch
• Racing and driving games requiring wheel-and-pedal control
• Players who prefer a wired USB controller for low-latency input

Recommendations

For best performance, ensure the USB connection is secured and avoid kinking the 2 m cable. Place the pedal set on an anti-slip surface to prevent movement during gameplay. Consult the game’s control settings to confirm wheel compatibility and, where available, calibrate steering sensitivity in-game for accurate responsiveness.
