How to use

Fold out the three legs and release the M-lock twist locks to extend each leg to the desired height, then retighten the M-locks to secure them. Use the ergonomic leg-angle selector to set one of three leg positions for the required shooting perspective. Mount your camera on the sliding video plate and balance its position to achieve smooth movement.
