How to use

Extend the legs by opening the Quick Power Lock levers and pulling each section to the desired height, then close the levers to lock. Select the required leg angle with the leg angle selectors to set the tripod stance. To change the centre column orientation, release the column mechanism in the top casting and rotate the column to vertical or horizontal — this can be done with a camera attached. Use the rotating bubble level on the column top to level the camera. Attach accessories such as lights or reflectors to the Easy Link connector on the top casting when needed.

Recommendations

For maximum stability, keep the tripod on a firm surface, spread the legs fully for high loads, and ensure all QPL levers are fully closed before mounting heavy equipment. When using the horizontal column with heavy setups, confirm the mounted head and camera centre of gravity is secure.
