TP-Link VIGI C330(2.8mm) Bullet IP security camera Outdoor 2304 x 1296 pixels Ceiling/Wall/Pole

All The Colors, All The Time is a 3MP outdoor full-color bullet network camera designed for continuous color monitoring. The camera provides up to 3MP resolution, a large-aperture lens, a high-sensitivity sensor and built-in supplemental lights to capture clear, colorful details even in very low light. It supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) for simplified outdoor installation and waterproof hardware for reliable performance in outdoor environments.

Advantages

The camera integrates AI-based human and vehicle classification to reduce false alarms and allow customizable alarm rules. Built-in smart detection notifies you of boundary crossings, area entry, camera obstruction, and object removal or abandonment. A built-in microphone records audio within approximately 15 ft (about 4.5 m) for more detailed monitoring. Video quality is enhanced by SmartVid technologies including Smart IR, WDR, 3D DNR and Night Vision. The device transmits efficiently compressed video to save disk space and network bandwidth while maintaining image clarity. Multiple management options (web UI, NVR UI, VIGI app, VIGI Security Manager) provide flexible control.

Key specifications

• Sensor and resolution: up to 3MP
• Full-color monitoring with large-aperture lens and supplemental lights
• AI human and vehicle classification

How to use

Mount the camera to a ceiling, wall or pole at the desired vantage point and connect it using an RJ45 Ethernet cable; PoE supplies both power and data over a single cable. Configure detection rules and AI classification through the web UI, NVR UI, VIGI app or VIGI Security Manager to match your monitoring requirements. Adjust placement and lens orientation to ensure the area of interest is covered, and verify audio and video settings after installation. Use compressed video settings to optimize storage and network load without degrading visible detail.

Recommendations

For best results, install the camera at a height and angle that avoids direct glare into the lens and ensures the AI can reliably identify humans and vehicles. Regularly check firmware updates and maintain clear sightlines for supplemental lights. Use PoE-compatible network switches or injectors rated for outdoor devices when placing cameras in exposed locations.
