How to use

Install the TL‑SG3428X‑M2 in a standard 19-inch rack and connect servers or aggregation switches to the 10G SFP+ uplinks. Connect desktops, NAS, APs and other devices to the 2.5G RJ‑45 ports. Configure VLANs, static routes and QoS through the web interface, CLI or the Omada cloud SDN controller for centralized management. Use the console port for initial setup or local troubleshooting.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, terminate fiber or DACs on the SFP+ ports for uplinks, enable QoS to prioritize voice and video traffic, and deploy 802.1X or ACLs to control access. When using multiple links to the same aggregation device, configure LACP for redundancy and higher throughput.
