How to use

Install the switch in a standard 19-inch rack or place it on a stable surface. Connect 2.5G-capable access points or devices to the RJ-45 ports to provide both power and data over a single Ethernet cable. Use the 10GE SFP+ slots for high-bandwidth uplinks to servers or core switches. Configure network features, VLANs, QoS, security policies and SDN/cloud integration through the web/CLI or the vendor’s centralized management platform according to your network design.

Recommendations

Plan PoE budget allocation before deployment to ensure the total 500 W is sufficient for all connected devices. Use quality Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6A cabling for stable multi-gigabit connections, and enable VLANs, ACLs and 802.1X authentication to segregate and protect sensitive traffic.
