How to use

Open the Twist Flip lid with one hand using the twist-and-flip mechanism and the Flow Steady control to pour or sip. Fill the bottle through the wide opening; add ice to prolong cold retention up to two days. Close the locking lid securely to prevent leaks during transport. Recommendations
