tesa® 4434 is a yellow caoutchouc (natural rubber) adhesive tape with a strong, flat paper backing designed for indoor use. The tape is 10 m long and 50 mm wide, with a tensile strength of 180 N/mm² and an elongation at break of 6%. It resists temperatures up to 100 °C and is suitable for protective applications, stencil use and as a base pad during cutting operations.

How to use

Clean and dry the surface before application to ensure best adhesion. Cut the required length manually and apply the tape smoothly, pressing it down to achieve full contact with the substrate. For stencil or sandblasting use, fix the tape so edges are sealed and check adhesion before beginning the operation. Remove the tape by peeling it off carefully once the job is completed.

Recommendations

Use tesa® 4434 indoors and avoid prolonged exposure to temperatures above 100 °C or direct sunlight. Test on a small area if used on sensitive surfaces to ensure adhesion and compatibility. Store rolls in a cool, dry place to maintain performance.
