For best results, cut large pieces of fruit or vegetables into smaller portions before blending and start at a lower speed to combine ingredients, then increase to a higher speed or PULSE as needed. Allow the motor to rest after prolonged continuous use to avoid overheating and always clean the glass jar and blade assembly according to the manufacturer's instructions.
