Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Apple iPad Air 13 M4 Wi‑Fi 512GB in violet is a large-format tablet designed for users who need high performance, a spacious display and substantial onboard storage. Featuring the Apple M4 chip and a 13-inch screen, this iPad Air delivers responsive app performance and a wide canvas for multitasking, content creation and media playback. The violet finish provides a distinctive look while the 512GB internal storage accommodates large app libraries, high-resolution photos, videos and project files without immediate reliance on cloud storage.

Advantages

The combination of the M4 processor and 13-inch display provides smooth multitasking, fast app launches and efficient handling of creative applications. The 512GB of built-in storage lets users keep large media collections and project files locally. Wi‑Fi connectivity ensures fast access to online resources and cloud services when available, and the iPadOS ecosystem supports a wide range of professional and consumer apps optimized for the platform.

Suitable for

  • Photo and video editing on a portable device
  • Digital illustration and graphic design with a large drawing area
  • Multitasking and productivity workflows (documents, spreadsheets, presentations)
  • Streaming high-resolution video and media consumption
  • Running professional apps and large app libraries

Key specifications

  • Display size: 13-inch
  • Processor: Apple M4 chip
  • Internal storage: 512 GB
  • Connectivity: Wi‑Fi
  • Color/finish: violet

How to use

Power on the iPad Air and complete the initial setup by connecting to a Wi‑Fi network and signing in with an Apple ID to access the App Store, iCloud and other services. Install or download apps from the App Store for editing, productivity or streaming. Use multitasking features such as Split View and Slide Over on the 13-inch display to run multiple apps simultaneously. Store photos, videos and project files in the device storage or enable iCloud sync to keep content backed up and accessible across Apple devices.

Recommendations

For optimal performance with creative and professional apps, keep the operating system and installed apps up to date, manage local storage to maintain free space for scratch files, and use a compatible keyboard or stylus accessory where precise input is required. When streaming or transferring large files, connect to a stable high-speed Wi‑Fi network.
