Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Apple iPad Air 13" (33 cm) Wi‑Fi + Cellular 512 GB with M4 processor and 12 GB RAM is a high-capacity tablet designed for demanding multimedia, productivity and mobile connectivity. Its 13‑inch Liquid Retina LED display (2732 × 2048) delivers sharp visuals for watching video, editing images and working with multiple apps. Powered by the Apple M4 chip and running iPadOS 26, the device supports Wi‑Fi 7 and 5G cellular networks for fast internet access on the go. The tablet includes 512 GB of internal storage, dual 12 MP cameras, IP42 protection and a lightweight magnesium-alloy design in purple.

Advantages

The M4 processor provides strong CPU and GPU performance with hardware-accelerated ray tracing for graphics-intensive tasks, while 12 GB of RAM helps maintain smooth multitasking. A large 512 GB storage capacity accommodates extensive media libraries and professional files without frequent offloading. Connectivity options include Wi‑Fi 7 and 5G cellular support for stable, high-speed online work. The iPadOS 26 ecosystem and compatibility with accessories such as the Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil Pro allow flexible use for creation and productivity. IP42 rating provides basic protection against light splashes and particles, and the device offers a compact weight of 0.617 kg for portable daily use.

Install or update apps from the App Store and pair compatible accessories such as the Magic Keyboard or Apple Pencil Pro via Bluetooth. Use the large display and multitasking features to run split view and Slide Over for simultaneous apps. For photo and video capture, use the rear and front 12 MP cameras and manage media in the Photos app or editing applications. Manage storage and backups through iCloud or other cloud services to keep your 512 GB organized.
