We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.

The SYNERGY21 LED Flex Strip 2835 is a high-performance, individually addressable LED strip designed for professional lighting installations. Featuring SMD 2835 LEDs with a density of 120 LEDs per meter, this strip delivers natural white light with a color temperature of 4000K-4500K. Controlled by the WS2811 IC, each pixel (3 LEDs) can be individually addressed, allowing for dynamic lighting effects. Operating at DC 24V, it consumes approximately 12W per meter and provides a luminous flux of 1000-1200 lm/m. With an IP65 rating, it is dust-tight and protected against water jets, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The strip is cuttable every 3 LEDs (approx. 2.5 cm) and features a self-adhesive 3M tape backing for easy installation. The PCB width is 10 mm, and the strip has a beam angle of 120°. It is dimmable via an external controller and has a lifespan of over 50,000 hours. The interface is 3-wire (Data, VCC, GND).
