Straightening iron Remington S6505 Warm Black

The Remington S6505 Straightening Iron in Warm Black combines a curved design and longer slim plates to enable both straightening and curling with one tool. Its Advanced Ceramic Ultra coating, now 75% smoother, and 110 mm plates deliver consistent, silky strokes, while the curved edges and hair guide ridges help form natural-looking curls and keep hair securely in place. Digital temperature control (150°C–230°C), rapid 15-second heat up and worldwide voltage make the tool convenient for varied styling needs.

Advantages

Advanced Ceramic Ultra coating provides a smoother surface for improved glide and styling results. Longer slim 110 mm plates cover more hair per pass for efficiency. The digital display, temperature lock and boost functions give precise heat control suited to different hair types. Additional features include fast heat-up (15 seconds), auto shut-off after 60 minutes, hinge lock for storage, swivel cord, heat-resistant pouch and compatibility with worldwide voltage.

Suitable for

• Creating poker-straight, sleek hairstyles
• Forming natural-looking curls and waves
• Quick touch-ups and daily styling
• Travel use thanks to worldwide voltage and storage lock

How to use

Plug in the straightening iron and select the appropriate temperature on the digital display for your hair type (lower settings for fine or damaged hair, higher for coarse hair). Allow the appliance to heat for the indicated time until ready. For straight styles, clamp a small section of dry hair between the plates and glide smoothly from root to tip. For curls, use the curved edges to wrap or twist hair as you glide to create the desired shape. Use the temperature lock to avoid accidental changes during styling and the temperature boost when extra heat is needed for stubborn sections.

Recommendations

Use on clean, dry hair and consider a heat-protectant product to minimise damage. Start at a lower temperature and increase only if necessary. Store the iron using the hinge lock and heat-resistant pouch after it has fully cooled.
