The DeLOCK 64090 storage drive docking station provides an external connection for two 2.5" or 3.5" SATA HDD or SSD drives via a USB-C™ interface. The transparent plastic housing accepts drives directly without an external enclosure and includes a USB Type-C™ to USB Type-A cable to connect to a host with a USB-A port. It is compatible with Serial ATA III drives and supports USB 3.2 Gen 1 data transfer speeds up to 6 Gbit/s. How to use

Place the SATA drives into the docking slots until they engage with the connector and secure in an upright position. Connect the docking station to a host computer using the supplied USB Type-C to USB Type-A cable or a USB-C host cable if available. After the host recognises the drives, access them via the operating system's file manager for file transfers, cloning, or diagnostics. Always follow the operating system's safe removal/eject procedure before unplugging drives.

Recommendations

Use on a stable, flat surface with adequate ventilation; avoid exposure to liquids or extreme temperatures. For best performance, connect to a USB 3.0/3.1/3.2 Gen 1 port. Do not force drives into the slot; if a drive does not fit easily, check size and connector alignment.
