Stationary tile saw RUBI DU-200 EVO 850

The RUBI DU-200 EVO 850 is a stationary electric tile saw designed for renovations and light professional work. It features a 0.8 kW (1.1 HP) direct-drive motor with thermal protection, a 200 mm continuous rim diamond blade (CEV-SUPERPRO) for general ceramic tile cutting, and an 8 W water pump with flow control for disk cooling. How to use

Place the saw on a stable, level surface and unfold the legs to obtain the 90 cm working height. Fill the removable 8-litre tank with clean water, adjust the flow using the pump control valve and set the RUBI C3 SYSTEM to position the cooling spray on the blade as required. Mount the supplied 200 mm diamond blade if not already fitted, connect the saw to a compatible power supply and switch on the motor. Slide the tile against the lateral stop or ruler for repetitive cuts, or adjust the head to the required angle up to 45° for mitre cuts. Feed the tile steadily into the rotating blade, keeping hands clear of the cutting path and using appropriate personal protective equipment.

Recommendations

Use appropriate diamond blades for the specific tile type when cutting porcelain stoneware more frequently; maintain the water level and clean the tank regularly to preserve pump performance; wear eye and hearing protection and use gloves when operating the saw.
